Welcome. Let us first thank you for your interest in Gamma Delta Iota Sorority of Second Life. We are truly excited to be a part of the Second Life Greek community. We hope you'll find general information about our sorority. Please note that while we wholeheartedly support worth while real life causes, Gamma Delta Sorority of Second Life is not affiliated with any real life Greek organizations.
​Even within the virtual realm, Gamma Delta Iota Sorority of Second Life was established to make a positive impact on the lives of its sisters. The need for a sincere and genuine fellowship of sisterhood without competition within its walls and outside with other Second Life Greek organizations exists. That's why Gamma Delta Iota was founded. We hold ourselves to high standardswhile serving the SL community at a level of excellence while fostering a culture/bond of true sisterhood. We feverently support real life organizations such as Autsim Speaks to in an effort to educate and bring awareness about autism in Second Life. We are "Sisters with one heart."

Gamma Delta Iota Sorority is a Second Life organization for women committed to:
• Inspiring our members to reach their greatest potential;
• Preparing our members for community service, active leadership within second life
• Fostering the development of our values within the context of sisterhood and love.

The purpose of Gamma Delta Iota Sorority is to promote true friendship and sisterhood among the women of second life instilling into each others hearts and minds those principles of love, truth, and character, without which there can be no true friendship.

Gamma Delta Iota Sorority of Second Life was founded on September 12, 2013 by
Jewelz Moleno (Blue Radiance). She is a founder who having experienced Greek life before, forged ahead and wholeheartedly formed Gamma Delta Iota Sorority in an effort to showcase the true meaning of being a sister. The vision is clear. It involves sisters using their talents and contributing, having your voice matter. We learn from one another. Our bond will be authentic and sincere.
There is no room in Gamma Delta Iota Sorority of Second Life for power trips, control,
or egotism. The women in this family are strong, independent, loving, hard working and dedicated. We value the meaning of TRUE sisterhood and uphold its meaning no matter what. We have seen many changes in growth and how sisters come together. We dis-invite negativity and dismiss those who seek confusion and strife. We all work together in improving ourselves and making a positive impact within the Second Life community. We are committed to serve in educating about real life causes and working together with other Second Life Greek organizations.

From a historical perspective, we as Gamma Delta Iota Sorority sisters in Second Life will keep traditional with reputable second life sororities and fraternities by educating the second life community on important issues and causes. We will let integrity and sincerity be our guide.

We are so excited about bringing forth the Gamma Delta Iota vision in Second Life. Gamma Delta Iota Sorority is dedicated to providing opportunities and experiences that inspire women to form true sisterly bonds. We look forward to partnering with other Greek organizations to make a great impact. Oh and let's not forget we're going to have fun while doing it!
